Yesterday was the fourth anniversary of my mother’s passing from colo-rectal cancer. Every year, I have a pretty rough go of it around this time and I had several friends who were really there for me and helped me get through all the negative feelings and talk about my mum fondly and without sadness. Today is a new day and I’m feeling good.
