Current_ is surprisingly cooler than I thought it would be.  If you didn’t know, Current and CurrentTV are community input news projects spearheaded by Al Gore.  I’m not big on the super liberal slant, but there are some amazing pieces of news and commentary that are made on both the website (which has a voting/commenting system ala digg, but with fewer trolls) and the television channel.  I’m pretty excited to really get my hands dirty with this venue.  I hope to see a few more different points of view there…as long as they don’t start trolling or having comment wars.
